You always know we're coming. Reply to that text to skip the visit if it doesn't suit — no charge, no notice needed, no need to explain.
Same day each time wherever the run allows. You don't need to be home, and nothing needs arranging beforehand beyond leaving the gate unlocked.
One bill covering the visits we actually did, paid by bank transfer. Nothing to sign up to, no card on file, nothing to cancel.
Most of what makes a garden job expensive is neglect. Long grass takes two passes instead of one. A hedge left for two years is a cut-back, not a trim. Gutters that haven't been touched since the last storm are a shovel job.
None of that applies to a garden we're already looking after. If we're there every fortnight the grass is never long, so the price is just the size of the lawn — and it stays that way.
So if your place needs a proper going-over first, that first visit gets priced as an ordinary one-off job, at what it's honestly worth. We'll tell you the number before we touch anything. Then the regular price above kicks in from the second visit, and it stays low because we don't let it get bad again.
Mowing, hedges and gutters are set up on this page. Anything else — weeding, leaf clean-ups, the odd jobs that pile up — just mention it and we'll add it to a visit.
